1. Services Provided

 

The Emaya Project offers fitness, health and wellness coaching programs, including but not limited to Evolve and Elite.

These services may include online training programs, personalised coaching, challenges, resources, and community support.

 

 

2. User Responsibilities

 

Participants agree to provide accurate information and to follow all guidance provided within The Emaya Project programs.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and medically cleared to participate in any exercise or activity before starting.

3. Payments and Refunds

 

All recurring membership payments are processed securely through Stripe by monthly Direct Debit.

Memberships are structured around quarterly programme periods:

January – March
April – June
July – September
October – December

​

You can join The Emaya Project at any point during a quarter and begin straight away.

Memberships continue automatically from one quarter to the next and monthly Direct Debit payments will continue until you choose to cancel.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact The Emaya Project before cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank. Your membership will continue until the end of the quarter you are currently participating in, including any remaining monthly payments due for that quarter. Your membership and future Direct Debit payments will then end.

Cancelling your Direct Debit directly with your bank does not remove responsibility for any payments already due under your current membership period.

​

Refunds are not normally provided for membership payments already made, except where required by law or agreed in exceptional circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, including logos, videos, designs and written content, are the intellectual property of The Emaya Project.

Unauthorised use, distribution, or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited.

 

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

 

Participation in exercise, challenges and events involves an inherent risk of injury. Participants are responsible for exercising within their own abilities and following the guidance provided. The Emaya Project cannot guarantee that participation will be free from injury or other risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

 

 

6. Amendments

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

• Payment and transaction details (via Stripe)
