1. Services Provided

 

The Emaya Project offers fitness, health and wellness coaching programs, including but not limited to Emaya Evolve and Emaya Elite.

These services may include online training programs, personalised coaching, challenges, resources, and community support.

 

 

2. User Responsibilities

 

Participants agree to provide accurate information and to follow all guidance provided within The Emaya Project programs.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and medically cleared to participate in any exercise or activity before starting.

3. Payments and Refunds

 

All payments are processed securely, via Stripe's monthly Direct Debit.

Subscriptions run in three-month blocks.

Blocks run alongside the programme structure:

January – March

April – June

July – September

October – December

 

Clients can join at any point during a block and start straight away.

If joining part-way through, subscriptions will continue into the following three-month block, to allow clients to complete a full programme cycle.

For example:

Join in February → continue through April, May and June

 

Each block is a fixed commitment, with payments taken monthly and continuing automatically.

Subscriptions will remain active, unless notice is given before the end of a block.

If a client wishes to cancel, The Emaya Project can arrange this via Stripe.

Refunds are not available once a block has started, unless in exceptional circumstances.

This structure helps clients remain consistent, supported and fully involved - without long-term pressure.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, including logos, videos, designs and written content, are the intellectual property of The Emaya Project.

Unauthorised use, distribution, or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited.

 

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

 

The Emaya Project and its coaches accept no liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in any training or challenge.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

 

6. Amendments

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
